Our standard MOQ for foam bra cups is 500 pairs per style per color for existing molds. For custom-molded designs requiring new tooling, the MOQ is 1,000 pairs. Smaller quantities may be available for sample orders - please contact our sales team for details.
For existing mold designs, samples can be ready in 3-5 business days. For custom designs requiring new molds, sampling takes 7-15 days depending on complexity. Sample fees may apply for custom designs but are fully refundable with bulk orders.
Absolutely! We offer full customization for foam bra cups including size (AA through G cup), thickness (5mm-30mm), shape (full cup, demi, plunge, push-up, triangle), and firmness. Our engineering team can work from your sketches, photos, or physical samples.
We primarily use high-quality polyurethane (PU) memory foam in densities ranging from 22D to 45D depending on the product line. We also offer gel-infused foam, latex foam, and eco-friendly foam options. All materials are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and skin-safe.
We implement 5-stage quality control: raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, first-article approval, mid-production inspection, and final 100% inspection before packaging. Each batch comes with a QC report. We maintain <0.5% defect rate across all product lines.
Standard packaging is polybag per pair, 100-200 pairs per carton. Custom packaging options include branded polybags, color boxes, or retail packaging. We ship by sea (LCL/FCL), air freight, and express (DHL/FedEx). We handle all export documentation and can work with your forwarder.
